SHIPPING INFORMATION
Ordering an item from our service? We can ship to virtually any address in North America and beyond through our shopping cart. You simply select your location when you are checking out, and our system will automatically give you all available shipping options

SHIPPING METHOD
All shipments are sent by UPS. We offer a variety of available shipping methods around the world.

SHIPPING DATES
Shipping is currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week to the USA. Shipping within Canada occurs everyday. If you are a US customer, and place your order on a Saturday, for example, your order will shipon the following Tuesday, as that is the next scheduled shipping date. We ship directly from within the USA, so there will never be any duties or taxes on your shipments. Even if you order overnight, we can only ship your unit on the next available shipping date of Tuesday or Thursday.

DELIVERY TIMES
Ground shipping can take 2 - 7 business days, according to UPS, depending on your location. our service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS. Overnight delivery occurs on the next business day after shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for orders from our service depend upon the method and option you choose (ground or overnight), as well as your location. Costs are automatically calculated directly from the UPS website according to the weight of the products on checkout from our shopping cart. These rates are not calculated by our service. As well, there is a shipping calculator on the first page of checkout, so you can view the shipping rates before you order.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
There are no export restrictions at this time.  Certain packages may have restrictions, which would be specified in the checkout options.
